Yes, in most cases we can port your existing number to Black Tie. We handle the paperwork with your current provider. Porting usually takes 3-5 working days. Customers experience no downtime when changing over to our network.
Yes. Install our KLIK SIP mobile app, sign in with the credentials we give you, and calls to your business number ring on your cell phone.
A single line is one VoIP line for one user. A hosted PBX extension is a cloud phone-system extension for each team member, with no on-site equipment. A PBX trunk connects an on-premise PBX (Yeastar, Grandstream, Zycoo, Elastix, Vicidial or FreePBX) to the VoIP network with multiple channels and a direct-dial number.
You are billed for the exact seconds you talk, not rounded up to the next minute. A 61-second call costs 61 seconds, not two full minutes.
No. Any stable internet connection works, including fibre, fixed wireless and LTE. Fibre gives the best call quality for busy offices.

Internet
Fibre is the fastest and most stable option where it is available. Fixed wireless delivers broadband over radio links where fibre has not reached. LTE uses the mobile network and is quick to set up, so it also works well as a backup line.

Yes. Bundling VoIP and internet gives you a lower combined monthly rate and a single supplier.
Security and Backup
EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) protects your laptops and computers using AI-powered detection. XDR (Extended Detection and Response) includes everything in EDR and extends detection across more of your environment.
Anti-virus protects the device, but most attacks start with a phishing email. Advanced Email Security stops phishing, business email compromise, malware and spam before they reach your inbox, and includes DMARC validation.
Microsoft keeps the service running, but it is not a full backup service. Our Microsoft 365 Cloud to Cloud Backup protects SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and Exchange, with unlimited cloud storage.
It backs up documents like PDFs, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and .PST email files only. Images, audio and video files are not backed up. If you need those too, choose the 100 GB or 250 GB plan.
Hosting and Web
Every plan includes NVMe SSD storage, managed and secure cPanel, SpamExperts email filtering, the Imunify scanner, a DNS zone editor, free SSL and WordPress pre-installed.
Yes. We build one-page and five-page sites, premium WordPress sites with 10 or more pages, and custom business applications such as CRMs, dashboards and booking apps. Websites include SEO and are built for mobile.
