About Black Tie Cloud

Too many South African small businesses rely on multiple providers for their telecommunications, internet connectivity, cybersecurity and IT support — often without a reliable backup solution. When something goes wrong, they're left dealing with different suppliers, each pointing fingers at the next. We started Black Tie Cloud to change that by giving businesses one trusted team to call, with real people who understand their setup, take ownership of problems and are there when they need us.

Our founders, Bimz and Pam, bring more than 25 years of combined experience in telecommunications, hosting and IT support, gained while working across various provinces of South Africa. After the pandemic, they recognised that the right cloud solutions, backed by reliable service partners, could make professional IT and communications services more accessible, affordable and manageable for small and medium-sized businesses.

Since then, we've partnered with leading national and international technology providers and built a dedicated team delivering sales, support and service to clients across South Africa.
